Scotland’s employers discover how to power up their pensions returns

6 November 2019

Large organisations from around Scotland learned how to transform their employee pensions returns using analytics last week.

The MHR Analytics Pensions Returns Workshop attracted a range of public sector companies, including local authorities and universities, and Funds.

Guests were looking for ways to streamline their i-Connect returns around LGPS (Local Government Pension Scheme), SPPA (Scottish Public Pensions Agency), and Teachers Returns.

Partnering with i-Connect (part of Aquila Heywood), the pension fund data management provider, speakers addressed common pensions returns concerns and demonstrated more efficient ways to tackle submissions.

MHR Analytics’ pensions data service simplifies monthly data submissions to pension schemes, relieves pressure on stretched resource, and reduces risk, cost and inaccuracies.

Customers cover an employee base of more than 150,000 and include Kier and Liberata on behalf of police forces and local authorities, as well as Cardiff Metropolitan University, Braintree District Council and Colchester Borough Council.

Guests at the event, held in Stirling, discovered the benefits of combining payroll and pensions through a managed provision.
